At Prime Event Studio, we aim to deliver professional event equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items are included

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

  • The item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, promotional events, or special offers

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products

  • Electrical and lighting equipment that has been used, installed, or powered on

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect usage

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products

  • Items returned without prior approval from Prime Event Studio

3. Return Process

 
  1. Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the product.

  2. Wait for our return approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 working days of approval (customer bears return shipping fee unless it’s our mistake).

  4. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if:
  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We will cover return and replacement shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
 

5. Refund Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items meet any of the following conditions:
  • The item is not returned in its original condition, including but not limited to damage, scratches, or signs of misuse

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, or complimentary items are missing

  • The item has been used, installed, tested, or altered beyond basic inspection

  • The return request is made after the approved return period

  • The product shows signs of wear and tear, water damage, or electrical damage

  • The item was damaged due to improper handling, incorrect installation, or misuse by the customer

  • Proof of purchase is not provided or cannot be verified
